Seasonal service, diagnostics and restorations.
Custom builds and classic conversions.
One motorcycle at a time, by appointment only.
TONN is a single-person motorcycle workshop in Belgrade. One lift. One bike at a time. Every job gets the full space and the full attention.
Each job follows the same sequence: assessment first, written scope before anything is opened, delivery date that is kept. The sequence exists because skipping steps costs more than it saves.
Jovan Dašić has been building motorcycles in Belgrade since 2014. The standards from then are the standards the workshop operates on today.
The workshop works with specific groups of motorcycle owners.
The workshop runs on a seasonal structure. Service work and custom work do not overlap — not because of capacity, but because they require different thinking. Mixing them produces worse results for both. This is how it has always worked here.
Seasonal preparation, diagnostics, and mechanical correction. A full assessment of the motorcycle's actual condition, followed by systematic work in the right order. What is wrong gets fixed. What is marginal gets documented.
Ground-up builds and focused conversions. Every decision — mechanical and visual — is made with a specific reason. The work takes as long as it takes.
Every job follows the same six stages, regardless of scope. If a step gets skipped, it shows up as a problem later.
How the workshop operates. Read before getting in touch — it will save both sides time.
Appointments only, one bike at a time. Every job is scheduled so it gets the time it needs. When your motorcycle is on the lift, nothing else is.
Service season is spring and summer. Custom season is fall and winter. These two types of work require different focus and do not run simultaneously. A custom inquiry in July receives a clear answer: custom season opens in October.
Scope changes are discussed before they happen. If something unexpected appears mid-job, work pauses. Nothing is added to the scope or invoice without agreement.
Not every project gets accepted. If the condition, timeline or budget don't match what the work requires, a referral is the honest answer.
Parts brought in by the client are assessed first. Parts bought before a conversation can cause compatibility or quality problems. Talk before you buy.
No ambiguity. This list saves time on both sides before the conversation starts.
Model, year, what the bike does and doesn't do, and when you need it ready. That's enough to start.
